How international Headhunting Networks will be disrupted by small entrepreneurs - a breakdown

Headhunting and Executive Search is changing for the last 12 years and their global networks do. I remember headhunting during the 90ties without internet, where Headhunters seemed to be bit like the gatekeeper of the Holy Grail, because they had the contacts and databases, no one else had or just big corporates who could afford an HR department and collect data in the 80ties and 90ties. Now with social media everybody has became a networker and so some fundamental questions in our industry must be answered and we must bring our clients up-to-date too.  The following questions will be: What makes a good headhunter? Has a network to show by marketing how large it is, how they party together or are the results in the end important they generate together? How about the hard facts? Good bye 2016 and some Christmas holiday inspiration from Mr. Breadhunter

So, the strange year 2016 comes to an end, and I like that. There were a lot of funerals, great artists from show-biz died as well as Umberto Eco, my favorite writer. The Chinese year of the monkey act like a insane monkey, if you think about business and the new terror which came up too in 2016. Here I can recommend the  new book  of  Gilles Kepel . So, it's time again for some best practice news from my daily work as an Partner Manager @ Talentor  since 16 month. Finding new partners is one thing, but keeping them alive and proactive in an international network with cultural-, virtual- and collaborational - challenges is the other important thing, because after 6-12 month there comes a feedback round back to you and it does not matter, if it's pro-active or if you have to ask for, because in the end it's important to get it from satisfied coustomers. Getting feedback and see, where you stand , is important in differents stages of your business, job, relationship and also a network, because reality and product sometimes drift away or fit together. So it's important to talk about and do 'fine Tuning' after that, so that all people will be back int he boat again and not get lost i
