Nein, kein weiterer Leadership Artikel, der Ihnen sagt, was Sie tun sollen, sondern nur ein paar Beispiele, die Ihnen vielleicht helfen, zu checken, wo Sie stehen und ggf. nachzubessern. Dies hier richtet sich vor allem an KMU's und mittelständische Betriebe oder auch kleinere Firmen, die die letzten Jahre von der Workload-Welle überrollt wurden und nun die Flucht nach vorne angetreten haben. Ja, langsam nimmt die Sache hier an Fahrt auf, also wirklich. :-) War #Linkedin noch vor 7 oder 12 Jahren etwas exotisches für internationale Businessmen- and woman, so ist es jetzt die Facebook-Ersatz-Spielwiese für jedermann (-und Frau). Da werden tonnenweise lustige Selfie Videos hochgeladen, am Besten jeden morgen im Aufzug, Auto oder beim Joggen und die Follower-Gemeinde mit Texten gegrüßt, die einfach so aus jedem heraussprudeln, ohne zu denken. Kein Wunder, dass uns Generation Z andauernd geistig nach links wischt in wenigen Sekunden. Unternehmen zeigen stolz Ihre Fotos vom Bastel-Workshop, halten den sich selbst verliehenen Award in die Kamera, posten Team-Fotos(weil ohne Fotos ist man kein Team), zeigen stolz Ihren Messestand oder den Kaffeebecher, unboxing my new Mac on 1st business day is auch immer gut(packing my box 6 months later, eher nich!) und die CXO's lieben es neuerdings auch Selfies on stage zu machen, natürlich mit der Crowd dahinter, vor dem Awar

Ja, schon wieder ein leidliches Digitalisierungs-Thema und diesmal möchte ich nicht darüber reden, was man tun und machen soll oder welche Tools so supi sind, nein, es ist viel fundamentaler, einfacher. Nach vielen Gesprächen und Erfahrungen die letzten 7 Jahre, bin ich immer wieder geschockt, WIE viele Mitarbeiter heutzutage arbeiten müssen, weil gespart werden soll und kein Geld für die richtigen Tools da sind. Andererseits will man digitalisieren, andererseits sparen. Das geht nicht zusammen. Heutzutage müssen Sie bereit sein als Chef / Firma mindestens zwischen 250 € und 750 € pro Mitarbeiter pro Monat für Tools auszugeben, wenn Sie die Digitalisierung und Smart-Work wollen und da spreche ich von Startup-Billig-Tools nicht von Tools der großen Big 4 Anbieter, denn diese würden dort sicher das 3-4 fache kosten. Hinzu kommt 1-4 Wochen Zeit zur Einarbeitung(die Sie nicht haben, ich weiß ;-)) und die tägli

AI and workflow automation is nice, if you use it wisely and it can help you nowadays with big workloads, but yesterday it failed. After 350 congratulation emails here on LinkedIn to my new job #HEADOFICECREAM, I think 70% were automated and serious without any smilies or ironic comments ;-) and it showed the #salespeople here working with workflow automation and triggers in the CRM and other tools. ;-) Check this  Job Title Bullshit Generator .
