BREADHUNTER is based in Vienna, Austria as we all know, but did you know, that he is just working for 50% on vacancies in the DACH region and is also an expert for international headhunting?
There are 2 ways you can use our experience in global recruiting.
  1. You are a company based in the DACH region and looking for employees, so we support you in the search process by active sourcing / direct search and with our smart partners in 50 countries around the globe.
  2. You are a foreign company, who is looking for employees in the DACH region or globally, but you believe more in craft and human-to-human business, than in mass-recruiting and resume selling, so we support you with our simple, transparent and tailor-made-services and global network.
Finding the right candidate by screening humans and not just applicant letters is our mantra, that's why we talk to people / candidates since 20 years, also if we do not have a vacancy yet, but maybe in 3-6 month. Headhunting and Executive Search is relationship building and trust over years, and also a very confidential and emotional business. That's why we have a big focus on the direct search to bring the best candidates to you, who are often not on social media.
Headhunting and recruiting is changing since 8 years very fast, but we combine the best from the old-school way with the newest technologies, transparent fixed-prices and smart processes, you can find all at our website. Social Media Search, Smart Tools and classical Direct Search, than on assessment centres.
We do not work on positions by advertising only, we fill positions for our clients, who could not find anyone since 6 - 12 month, so the very, difficult cases are our passion and this means headhunting for us. We start there, where the advertising and social media search comes to it's limits, because we screen the market intensively and look behind the personality of a candidate not just by keyword matching.
After the large search process, we have video calls and / or personal interviews with the best candidates from our short-list, before we hand them over for the next interview stage in your company with your HR department.

Baby-Boomer, Generation X und Millennials, der einzige Unterschied ist der Fokus, gespielt haben alle

Guten Morgen, hier nun die letzten Gedankenspiele zu diesem Thema, dann sind wir glaube ich durch damit. Wie die Überschrift schon sagt, unterscheidet diese 3 Gruppen eigentlich nur der Fokus, sowie vielleicht die technischen Möglichkeiten, der Spiel und Spassfaktor war und ist der gleiche, nur eben mit und ohen Social Media. Ich denke, um diese 3 Arten zu verstehen und was sie bewegt, ist es wichtig sich nochmal die jeweiligen Zeiten ins Gedächtnis zu rufen, als diese 3 Gruppen zwischen 20 und 30 waren. Dann wird ganz klar, dass diese Zeiterscheinungen unterschiedliche Ziele hatten, die alle mindestens so viel Spass gemacht haben, wie das Gründen eines Startups, nur erreicht letzteres seit einiger Zeit die größte Beachtung, weil es mit Arbeit zu tun hat und wichtiger erscheint, als vielleicht die Trends und Ziele der Baby-Boomer und Generation X. Die folgenden Kurzcharakteristika, helfen vielleicht etwas beim Verständnis, auch wenn man über dieses Thema auch eine Doktorarbeit schreibe…

The HR Summit 2017 in Vienna in short

It was the 3rd HR Inside Summit in Vienna, which took place at the Imperial Hofburg on 27./28. of September 2017 and it was worth it to be there. This is also a short summary of my personal favorites, a longer summary you can read at Eva Selans HR Blog here, also with news about the HR Award 2017. Sindy Amadei and Viktoria Schmied showed again with their team of Überall-Scene, that they are able to refresh the HR conference landscape in Austria by bringing international speakers and HR insiders together for the 3rd time. It's also like family festival to be there, because you will meet HR people, which share a similar DNA, a DNA which fits to my view of smart HR people. I think there are at the moment 3 HR related conferences per year in Vienna and every event, has his followers.
