Mind Map - Headhunter vs. Recruiter 2018 The Video "There is more in life than just being a Recruiter and I know you can do it, but don't forget to change, because you are a Human, not a Recruiting-Bot."

Move your Ass ! - Early Adopters vs. The Ancient Crowd

I think the text above says everything or shows a chronology about innovation and future of work. Even if the crowd got it, it's not an innovation anymore. So if you want to prevent these circle, adopt as early as the new info is on the market as well as better tools are available. I believe, that for experts it takes less than 24 hours, for example, to check if e.g. a software is smarter and better than the old one you use. You do not have to wait 3 years until you will roll it out to your people. Smart and agile work does not have a 5 years plan, this is the big mistake, all companies do at the moment because they are now in my 2011. As a headhunter you need to be fast and need to have actual data all the time, this is important for us and this is why my workflow is so, that I can change all my workflows and databases within 1-3 days totally and emigrate into any other system, which is smarter, than the system I use now. This is a new way of thinking but impossible wi

DIGITALIZATION is HUMAN, ok, got it, but whats next?

I think as an innovative person you live sometimes 5 years in advance of all other people and this is sometimes really boring, because you always see, when the crowd is discovering and celebrating things, you have discovered some years ago and they also expect to be celebrated for their discovery now, which is normal for you. Sorry, I am not good at that. On the other side, companies want to become more human, that's nice, but isn't it basic to be a human company and were we inhuman companies during the last years to have now the spotlight on this topic? Or is it just a new mantra, to control employees under a new human slogan, in an age of conformity and human robots? I am not sure about it until now.  But back to the topic, I know. e.g. I changed/digitized my workflows and tools 6 years ago and now they get normal for everybody, so it's nice to see, that I was right but sad to see, that it took 6 years for the crowd to get a clue about that and move on.

Millennial Party is now over, so back to work with all generations

Because of so many views and clicks into  my previous German Article  to this topic today, here an English version for you. Maybe it's only a rising topic at the moment in the DACH region, but it could also be a global one, I hope you will tell me with your comments. 🙂 In DACH region it's a fact, that we are at the peak of millennial business party, while we struggle on the other side with a gap of qualified employees in some industries which are home made. On the other hand, there are a lot of good business people from 45+ age, who are qualified but not anymore integrated into business, because some, let them call "nerdy thought leaders"(from the Gen X) think, they are uncool or do not fit to their new business concept and culture or they can't offer an environment and knowledge who would attract the Baby Boomers. This new business concept / culture we do have in the DACH region since 6-8 years is this: Take 95% millennials(Gen Y) to do the main
