How smart, global speedboats do contracting in 2019

For you in Law or Banking business it's nothing new, but maybe for all other entrepreneurs and small companies, who are sick of Word document contracting and, crappy(sorry), olds-school contract templates you sending via email and then send another 30 emails until the contract is accepted, these 2 solutions will save you time and present you as small entrepreneur in a good, smart CI way.
What I am talking about?
Yes, you are right docu-sign and collaboration tools.
In 2012 which was experimenting Quote-Roller, which was acquired by PandaDoc, but there is also a great new solution from Sweden and the US, called GetAccept, which helps you to organize, send and sign your offers and contracts I can recommend. You can also integrate videos to your offer and pictures, so your clients get a bigger picture about your company, person and services.
Now, in 2019 it's a big chance for us small speedboats working on global projects, to work smarter, than the big, old Titanic corporations and this is why your administration should be under 10% and you need smart workflows to save time and have everything organized in the cloud, but also save and encrypted in times of GDPR. I think I like the GetAccept tool more from Sweden... ;-), also because of the video integration.
With a software budget of maximum 250 € per month you can play big theater on a global stage with a lot of smart tools and you do not need SAP, Oracle, Citrix and all the big ones for that, because there are also a lot of smaller, smart and save solutions.
So have a look to PandaDoc and GetAccept and stay organized in your sales process as the big ones. Greetings from Vienna,
Thomas

AI in Headhunting: What has changed since 2024

AI is on everyone's lips, but similar to new software for New Work in 2013, not everything that has "AI" on it makes sense, even if it's sold to you. At BREADHUNTER, we've always been very tech-savvy, as these little helpers save us a lot of time to focus on what's essential: candidate search and interviews. Even back in 2013, when we used the paperless office and many SAS tools to be more efficient than our colleagues with the fancy offices in Vienna's first district, their Excel spreadsheets, and botched 90s workflows that required an armada of assistants and cheaply paid recruiters. What has changed in the past year? ( see article on AI from 2024 .) Copilot and Gemini are well integrated into our workflows, with us using Gemini more often. What does AI do for us in headhunting? Summarize emails from projects Transcribe video calls during candidate interviews to then provide the client with a short video and summary of the conversation, along with the C...
