Startups, Investors, Brands, Digital Visionaries, Innovators und Tech Companies trafen sich zum Austausch vom 09. bis 11. Dezember in Paris zur Le Web Konferenz . Gegründet wurde Le Web 2004 von Geraldine & Loic le Meur als Plattform für Austausch und Zukunftstrends für das Internet Business. Geraldine Le Meur Loic Le Meur Internet Legenden wie Robert Scoble, Phil Libin, David Rose, Ben Horowitz, Jeremiah Owyang, Brian Solis, Tony Conrad, Ben Ling und viele andere hielten Panels, Diskutierten und brachten den ca. 2.600 Besuchern neue Trends, Visionen und Businessmodelle nahe. Wir brauchen neue CV-Formen für die Abbildung der Skills der Generation Y & der Milleninals im HR Wir befinden uns mitten im Wandel der Arbeitswelt, eine Floskel, die mittlerweile fast jeden erreicht hat und der vor ca. 4 Jahren begann. Als nächsten Punkt möchte ich hier nun etwas die Formen eines CV's behandeln, ein Punkt, der auch schon vor mir von einigen 'neuen, jungen' Autoren aufgegriffen wurde, aber man kann diesen Punkt nicht oft genug von allen Seiten aus beleuchten. Ein CV, wie wir in kennen mag gut gewesen sein für die Zeiten bevor es Internet & Social Media gab, aber selbst damals konnte er nur Bruchstücke abbilden, die ein Mensch sich im Laufe seine Karriere angeeignet hat. Nun wird die Welt um uns schneller und es gibt immer mehr Fähigkeiten, die weitab der von HR Abteilungen für einen Job geforderten Qualifikation oder an Universitäten / in Ausbildungen gelehrten Skills liegen. Dear Breadhunter Friends, I am sorry, that my BREDHUNTER-Blogging-Time was limited the last weeks / month, because my new job @Talentor was quite interresting, adopting Breadhunter-Tools to the group and partners as well as checking inhouse workflows. Now I can say, that we are on a good way here at Talentor to combine oldschool headhunting workflows with new tools and smart working. Since the last 4 years collaboration and IT-Tools have changed and since cloud computing is here, there are a lot of possibilities to work smarter, faster and more efficient, than the whole 12 years before. I also had to delete my own knowledge about computers, Microsoft Office Workflows and Databases, which I have learnd and used from 1998 until 2011 to learn new tool, adopt trends and change my mindset of workflows. Working hard, does not mean working smart ! But we have to work smarter and faster, to be ready for the next 10 years and in the end I can say it was the right way to learn new thing...
